The Vancouver International Film Festival is showcasing some of the finest "big" films made in Imax, a made-in-Canada film format that’s several stories high and Imaxenvelops the viewer’s field of vision. From September 26 to September 30th, the IMAX theatre in Canada Place will show 15 of the best films ever made for the big, big screen, including Blue Planet, the Fires of Kuwait and Everest. The series is initiated, curated and will be co-presented by Morgan Gabereau.

Tickets are $12 per film, or $60 for six screenings, and are available through Visa Ad-vance outlets, by phone at 604-685-8297, and online at www.viff.org/buytickets.html.
