One of Vancouver’s hottest new club nights, Dragon: I packs Gastown’s Canvas Lounge every Saturday with the young and beautiful. Modeled after Buddha Bar in New York and Supperclub in Amsterdam, the dancing lasts far into the night, helped along by Vancouver’s best House DJ’s. Take a breather and watch the amazing moves of acrobats performing aerial magic on silk ribbons. Gastown has gone from drab to fab in the last few years, and events like Dragon: I are leading the area’s conversion to one of Vancouver’s hippest new hoods. Cover is $12.
