BRAND NEW [WEDNESDAY]

We’re seeing red again, but this week it's burritos. . .

May 23, 2007

Red BurritoFast Food shouldn't mean it's not  fresh food. At least that’s what we believe.

So we’re pretty excited over here at UrbanTrendz, because Red Burrito is finally available downtown. And we’re seeing double. Yes, there are two new locations, both on Robson, one at either end.

Don’t go for the ambience (there isn’t any). But do go. This is Fresh Mex at its best. Choose your wrap (we like the spinach one) and let the festivities begin. Select from a whole range of delicious fillings – from roast chicken, beef or shrimp, to fresh chopped salsas, corn, pinto beans, fajita-style veggies, lettuce, onions, cilantro, fresh-squeezed lime, Spanish rice, sour cream and cheese. And for a buck and a quarter more, you can get a huge dollop of fresh guacamole. Well worth it in our opinion.

But they are addictive. . .

Red Burrito, 1236 Robson (at Jervis), and 606 Robson (at Seymour).

Have you entered this week's Contest yet? You could win a Tikki dress from Sweet Soul - and if dresses aren't your thing just imagine how impressed a certain someone would be if you gave it to them as a gift. And did you check out yesterday's mucho multicultural Weekend Guide?
