Salt Tasting Room has expanded. . . underground.  That’s right, the Salt Cellar is now open for business.  And what a business it is.  With a 32-seat communal table and a 20-seat lounge at the entrance, polished concrete floors and a floor-to-ceiling glass case that showcases a huge selection of cured meats and fabulous artisan cheeses alongside 1,000 or so bottles of wine  - what more could you need?

Enjoy delicious charcuterie from top-quality suppliers like J N & Z Deli, Moccia’s Italian Market, Oyama Sausage Company and Neal’s Yard, all washed down with a perfectly paired glass of vino.

Available for public and private parties, or for overflow crowds from upstairs, the Salt Cellar is as cool as its upstairs counterpart.
