Thankfully, Glowbal Grill & Satay Bar has come to the rescue this week with its “Sweet Heart” menu, guaranteed to melt the heart of the iciest ice princess (or prince) you’re trying to woo. So if tonight doesn't work for you, you and your sweetie can still enjoy these delectable delights tomorrow or Saturday too.

To get the mood started, tuck into savoury pumpkin pie, pan-seared Quebec foie gras, or Lobster Brandy Cappucino. Follow that with the Valentine’s Platter for Two ($85), with rosemary crusted lamb chops, wild salmon tournedos, tiger prawns, and a jumbo scallop skewer. Your love will be swooning. Clinch the deal with the “Lovers’ Pastry Platter for (natch) Two” ($12), an irresistibly naughty plate of strawberries dipped in chocolate, Grand Marnier-soaked tiramisu (are you drooling yet?), chocolate biscotti and Valrhona fondue.
