Portobello West Fashion and Art Market held their first ever event on August 27th at the Plaza of Nations, and it was a smashing success. Inspired by the famous artisan markets of London UK, the Portobello West market showcases over 100 different local clothing designers, jewelers, potters, photographers, painters, and more.

Good news. You didn’t miss the boat. They’re holding it again, this Sunday from 11:00am to 5:00pm, with a fabulous roster of local designers. Who to look out for? Flaming Angels, Irit Sorokin Designs, ‘Love Punk’ by Bobby Clark, Refine Jewelery Design, Timeout Designs, The Barefoot Contessa, and many more.

In fact, Portobello West will be held year round on the last Sunday of every month, admission free. There’s even food vendors to sustain your energy as you shop, shop, shop. And it’s on rain or shine, since it’s fully covered and outfitted with heat lamps.
